Lime Out St. Thomas is a floating taco restaurant located in Lindbergh Bay on the West End of St. Thomas. Lime Out St. Thomas is accessible by boat only (no swimming / kayak / paddleboard access). We operate on a first come first serve basis and do not take reservations. There are many local charter companies offering all varieties of ways to access.

Hop aboard the St. Thomas Taco Taxi - a floating pontoon boat experience taking you from Emerald Beach Resort to Lime Out’s newest location in Lindbergh Bay. Sip, snack, and soak up the Caribbean sunshine as we cruise to St. Thomas’ most exciting new destination on the water.
THE TACO TUG
The Taco Tug offers a one-of-a-kind shuttle experience to Lime Out aboard a restored 1980s U.S. Navy lifeboat. Departing from Crown Bay Marina, this small-group adventure includes island cruising, a stop at Honeymoon beach, and lunch at Lime Out.
SAFELY ACCESSING LIME OUT St. Thomas
Lime Out St. Thomas, on the West End of St. Thomas offers many amazing spots to enjoy the natural beauty of the Virgin Islands while dipping, snorkeling, and exploring anchoring in sand is crucial. There are many areas that are protected or contain sensitive environmental elements. Please take this into consideration when spending your day on the water.
Drive slowly and cautiously in mixed use areas and the mouth of the harbor. Everyone only has fun if everyone is safe.
Swimming around Lime Out :
The area around Lime Out is a mixed use zone. Please use caution when swimming around the boat. Swimming from your boat any distance further than a couple yards is not recommended. Swimming across the harbor’s channel is not allowed and is very unsafe.
Driving vessels around Lime Out :
Operate vessels at a no wake speed in the harbor, and please use utmost caution when in Lime Out’s vicinity
Surrounding Mooring Balls :
There are day use mooring balls around our vessel that are for use while at our establishment. DPNR asks that you do not anchor around the boat and instead use these moorings.
